Promotional desk calendars are essential to your office. In this case, it may be best to try to walk the narrow middle ground line. Use a theme, but keep the theme very simple. Don't go overboard. And for goodness sake, make sure that your company logo really stands out, well apart from the theme that you've chosen to go with. Why not run a theme across the top of each page, and your company logo prominently displayed centered across the bottom of each page? That's generally a good balance to try to hold, but at the same time you want to make sure that the theme running along the top isn't too outlandish, too bold, or too loud. Conservative should be your goal, in my opinion.

Prices for Promotional Desk Calendars: Prices will vary, of course, depending on the quality you wish to purchase as well as the quantity. You should expect to pay less as you buy more. That is, expect bulk discounts here. Even if you are customizing them with your company logo or other items, you can still expect to get a bulk discount. If the company you purchase for doesn't offer bulk discounts, try negotiating with them. If they refuse, threaten to go somewhere else. If they still don't budge, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Printers are a dime a dozen and promotional wall calendars are a very simple item to produce, there's no reason why one of a thousand other printers won't work for you. So play all these companies off against each other to get the best deal.
